Who we are

What we collect

Some pages we share with clients, such as a report or a prompt library, are private. To open one you sign in with your email address, either with a one-time code sent to your inbox or with Google sign-in.

We receive your email address. With Google sign-in, Google also gives us the name on your Google account. We never receive your Google password, and we have no access to your Google mail, contacts or files.

How we use it

Only to check that you are on the list of people we invited, and to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell, rent or share it.

Who handles it

Sign-in and hosting run on Cloudflare. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that step. Private pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. A single session cookie keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting

When a project ends, we remove your email address from the access list. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to info@rosslanefilm.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
